Creating a Custom Phone Case with Caseapp + GIVEAWAY

I’m a huge fan of phone cases – I’m probably one of the clumsiest people ever so without one I will smash my phone. Since I have an iPhone X – which has a glass front and back, if you didn’t know – this risk is doubled, so I really have to keep that baby as safe as possible.

Luckily, the lovely people over at Caseapp sent me over two cases (now I have a backup!) and completely solved my dilemma. The best thing about their cases? They have a bumper! So even if (*cough* when *cough*) I do drop my phone, it won’t smash.

One of my favourite things about Caseapp is that they allow you to create custom cases using your own photos. You even get to choose the finish of the case (between matte or glossy), so you know your case will be completely unique. Although phone cases are essential for keeping your phone protected, I still want mine to be an extension of my style instead of just plain and bulky, so being able to totally customise is awesome.

As someone who loves nothing more than taking nature photos, I had a lot of images to pick from. I decided to go for a shadowy, pink sunset shot featuring my favourite trees – the majestic palm. This is one of my favourite photos that I’ve ever taken, so the fact that I can have it printed as a phone case is awesome!

I was a little concerned that it would come out blurry or pixelated when printed, but it looks just as clear as the real thing! I also love that the image wraps all the way around and doesn’t leave the sides blank, which is a little pet peeve of mine.

I opted for the matte finish because I prefer the look and I feel like it doesn’t get dirty as easily, and I’m obsessed with the result. It’s great quality and feels super sturdy, but it’s still sleek and not at all bulky. I really love the soft matte finish, and I can’t get over how awesome my photo looks as a phone case. I feel like it’s a sort of extension of myself, and really shows off my summer obsession.

Of course, I had to grab one of the pre-designed cases too, although they’re all so gorgeous it was difficult to pick! In the end I went for this blue marble one – blue is one of my favourite colours and I love how different it is to other marble cases I’ve seen on the market. It also kind of reminds me of the ocean – which, if you didn’t know, is one of my favourite things in the world. You can also choose between a matte or glossy finish with the pre-designed cases (I went for matte again), so you’re still getting an aspect of customisation.

I’m so grateful to Caseapp for gifting me these cases: the quality is awesome and they’re not only protective, their designs are stunning too. I especially love having a custom case which is completely unique and individual to me – I’m probably going to keep it forever.

If you’d like to get your hands on one of these beautiful cases (or a tablet case/laptop skin!) then you can use my code ‘THEAUBURNAGENDA20‘ to get 20% off your order from their site. I also have a giveaway up on my Twitter (@theauburnagenda) where you can win any product from Caseapp, so make sure you head over there and check that out!

I hope you guys enjoyed this post, let me know in the comments what you think of my new cases and which is your favourite. See you next time,

A x
