Fashion Favourites | Triangl

Over the past year, the Australian swimwear company Triangl has become all the rage. Their unique neoprene material and wide range of styles and colours have seen these iconic colour-blocked bikinis becoming ever so popular, and I was so excited to get my hands on one!

My Triangl “Brigitte” bikini in the colour “Blue Sky”

I am so utterly in love with this bikini it’s unreal. The colour is stunning, and I adore the crochet-detailing. I love the style of this bikini too, the bustier-style top is really flattering for my body type – but the thing I love most about these bikinis is that they are made out of neoprene fabric, which is usually used for wetsuits. The use of the thick neoprene material actually makes you feel quite covered up – or as covered as you can feel in a bikini!1.-TRIANGL-BRIGETTE---BLUE-SKY

The great thing about Triangl is that they have a variety of styles of swimsuits, so you can really choose the one which is best for your body type. They also recently launched the “Cheeky Bum” style bottoms, a slightly higher-cut than the original style, giving you even more options!

The bikini styles range from bustier-styles with and without straps, zip-up bandeau styles, and the more classic triangle-cut top with either straps or a halter neck. Here are a few examples of your options:

Ruby bikini in “Manhattan Magic” – Cheeky Bum style

I’m currently eyeing up one of the newer, floral-print bikinis, with a contrasting top, which I’m slightly obsessed with (I might have to purchase the one below!)

Although these bikinis are quite expensive, priced between $79 and $99 (around £50-£70), they are definitely worth the investment, as they are such great quality and are something you could wear again and again. The price is also pretty justifiable by the fact that the cost covers the entire bikini, you don’t have to purchase tops and bottoms separately. I would highly recommend these bikinis, the amount of variety they have is amazing, and the quality is absolutely incredible – I have to have some serious control to not buy every single bikini they sell! A word of warning though – if you live outside of the U.S.  you may have to pay a separate fee for the import duties!
