I’ve tried out a lot of different beauty products over the years, and although I’ve moved on from some products, I still have items that I will purchase over and over again because I think they’re just totally awesome. So today I thought I’d share with you all of my holy grail products that I couldn’t live without!
NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in ‘Dolce Vita’
This lip pencil from NARS is my go-to shade whenever I don’t know what to wear on my lips; it’s a beautiful dusty-rose shade that goes with everything and is one of my favourite shades to wear. I love that this lip pencil is really matte and pigmented, but still feels creamy and isn’t at all drying – and it’s pretty long-lasting too! As you can see I’ve gone through a lot of this, and I’ll definitely repurchase once I run out!
Benefit Hoola Bronzer
This bronzer is a cult-favourite for a reason, it’s the perfect combination of warm and grey tones so it’s great for both contouring and bronzing up the face. I really love that it’s a matte bronzer because I personally prefer a more natural, bronzed look, and the formula is really smooth and buttery too – I’m honestly obsessed.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in ‘Auburn’
I honestly can’t believe there was a time when I didn’t use this product, I dread to think of how bad my brows used to look before this! This brow pencil makes it so quick and easy to do my brows; the pencil itself is really soft and super thin, which makes drawing individual eyebrows on super easy. Plus, the spoolie on the other side is a great addition and helps to make my brows look a lot more natural.
Charlotte Tilbury ‘The Dolce Vita’ Palette
I got this eyeshadow palette as a gift last Christmas, and it’s by far the best eyeshadow palette I’ve ever used. The shadows are so pigmented and buttery and the shades are absolutely to die for, this is probably one of my favourite beauty products I’ve ever owned! I really want to buy more of these palettes in other shades, they’re honestly amazing and I would definitely recommend treating yourself to one of these.
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in ‘Vanilla’
I think this was the first high-end beauty product I ever bought for myself, and I’ve gone through about five tubes since then! The formula of this concealer is awesome, it’s creamy without being cake-y and it has great coverage, plus you get a lot of product so it’s good value for money – I honestly can’t go without it.
Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Powder
I only bought this product a couple months ago but it’s already become a holy grail product of mine – there’s a reason why it’s loved by pretty much the entire beauty community! This powder is perfect for baking and setting your makeup without giving a powdery or caked finish, and it keeps my makeup looking great all day, I will definitely be buying this again when I run out.
Armani Code Eau de Parfum
I’ve been wearing this perfume for I don’t even know how many years now – I’m literally on my fifth bottle. I’m obsessed with the smell of this, it has a kind of musky-spicy scent that is just so incredible, it’s pretty much my signature scent. If I could only wear one perfume for the rest of my life I would absolutely choose Armani Code, honestly do yourself a favour and go buy it, or at least smell it, I promise you won’t regret it.
Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips in ‘Penelope Pink’
I really love Charlotte Tilbury makeup, so it’s no surprise I have multiple products of hers on my holy grail list! This lipstick is super creamy and has a really pretty, satin finish which I love. The shade of this lipstick has beautiful warm undertones and is my go-to nude, it’s just so easy to wear I love it.
Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion in ‘Original’
This is my second tube of this eyeshadow primer and my first one lasted me years, it honestly lasts for such a long time! Whenever I use this (which is every time I do my makeup) my eyeshadow literally goes nowhere all day, but is still easy to remove with eye makeup remover at the end of the day. They have a couple different shades of this product which you can use as a base shadow, but I prefer the original shade so the colour doesn’t affect my eye look.
So those were my holy grail makeup products! I really hope you enjoyed this post, and let me know in the comments what your holy grail products are. See you next time!
