Regardless of how monumental or stressful a life transition may be, there are healthy ways to get through them and reduce your anxiety as you proceed into the next phase of your life. 

  • Respect the change. Whether the change is positive or negative, it’s something you will remember, and you shouldn’t try to ignore its effect on you. You might need to take a step back, breathe, and look at the situation from a new perspective to recognize the transition for its merit.
