Look Incredible Box July 2016 REVIEW

I have been waiting incredibly impatiently for this month’s Look Incredible box pretty much since I received June’s box, so you can imagine how excited I was when I received it this morning! If you haven’t heard of Look Incredible before, they are a monthly beauty box subscription service which actually offer two different types of boxes. The normal box, which I get, is £18.99 a month plus shipping, but they also have the deluxe box which is £35 a month including shipping and offers slightly more expensive branded products.

This month’s box had £87.93 worth of beauty products, so you definitely get your money’s worth, and I honestly loved every single product this month. I think this is such a great value beauty box, because although it’s a little more expensive than some of the others out there, the quality of brands as well as the five full-sized products definitely make up for the cost and I would honestly recommend this box the most if you’re thinking of subscribing to one.

Urban Decay Lush Lash System – £28

I loved receiving this product in this month’s box, because not only is Urban Decay an awesome brand that I know and love well, but I also have a major issue with my lashes which are super heavy and never seem to want to look long or stay curled. I’m really hoping this will be a miracle product for me, and at £28 this probably isn’t a product I would buy for myself, so I’m excited to be able to try it out because of this box!

Ultrasun Sports SPF 50 150ml – £24.99

The next product I received in this month’s box is this sun cream from Ultrasun, which is a brand I’ve heard of but have never used anything from before. This is perfect timing to receive this product, because summer is finally upon us (not that you can tell in England!) and sun cream is always a necessity in warmer weather. I love that this is SPF 50 too, because I have super fair skin so I need the strongest protection I can get, I know I’ll definitely be making good use of this this summer.

Nanshy Marvel 4 in 1 Blending Sponge – £5.95

I always love a good make-up sponge, so I’m excited to try this one out! I’m interested to see how it compares to my forever trusty beauty blender because this is definitely a lot cheaper, although the shape of this one is slightly different with a flatter side which might make the application a little different. I really like the mint colour of this though because it feels very summery, and it will look really pretty on my dressing table!

Ciaté Corrupted Neon Manicure Set – £9.99

This is the second Ciaté set we’ve had in the past two months, and I’m definitely not complaining! I love Ciaté polishes, they have a great range of shades and they’re all such good quality, so I always love to receive their products in this beauty box. This month we got a neon pink set which glows under UV light, which I think is pretty awesome. Although this isn’t really the kind of nail varnish you would wear everywhere – unless you want to which is totally cool too! – this is perfect for festivals and summer parties, so it’s another great addition to this month’s box!

Giorgio Armani Lip Gloss – £19 – £27

The last product I received was this Giorgio Armani lip gloss in ‘Pink #502’, although I know some people got the ‘Beige’ alternative instead. I absolutely love this product, firstly because who would think they would ever receive a Giorgio Armani product in a beauty box, and secondly because this is a really beautiful sheer lip gloss that would look great on its own or paired with a lipstick, and isn’t horribly sticky like some lip glosses. The card in the box, however, said we were getting an eyeliner which is £19, but after some research I found that this lip gloss actually retails for £27, so maybe we got a bit more in the box than we thought! Either way, this is an awesome addition to the box and I couldn’t believe we got it.

So that’s everything from this month’s box! I absolutely loved this month’s box, it definitely lived up to my expectations, and I can’t wait to see what we get next month!

Let me know in the comments below what you thought of this month’s box, and what you’d like to see me post about next!
