November Favourites 2016

November Favourites 2016

I can’t believe how quickly this year has gone by – we’re less than a month away from Christmas and I’m so excited! I honestly haven’t tried out that many new products this month (but trust me, there’ll be lots coming next month), however I have been doing quite a bit of reading so a lot of books have made their way into my favourites.

‘The Girl On The Train’ Paula Hawkins, ‘Sharp Objects’ & ‘Dark Places’ Gillian Flynn

I’ve recently been catching up on a lot of reading during my gap year, and after reading Gone Girl a few months ago I decided to read the rest of Gillian Flynn’s collection, as well as Paula Hawkins’ critically acclaimed thriller The Girl On The Train. I’m obsessed with mystery thrillers so obviously these books were right up my alley, and I absolutely adored reading each and every one of them – I actually finished The Girl On The Train in less than a day! I definitely recommend reading these, they’re so awesome. They tend to be a little on the dark side though, which is something I love and that thoroughly interests me, however if you aren’t really into that then you should probably give these books a pass.

YSL Touche Éclat Le Teint Foundation & Ooh! Organic Argan Oil

I recently included this foundation in my Recent Purchases post and although I immediately loved it, I fell in love with it even more when I combined it with this facial oil. This combo gives my skin the most stunning glow without looking greasy or oily, and helps to make my foundation look super natural.

Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment

I received this lip balm in my November Look Incredible Box, and it was probably my favourite product in there. This product definitely doesn’t disappoint, it’s so buttery and moisturising and lasts a pretty long time too! It is crazy expensive for a lip balm, however if you fancy treating yourself or want to buy this as a gift for someone else then I’d definitely recommend it!

So those were this month’s favourites! Let me know in the comments what your favourites were this month. See you next time!
