It really feels like just yesterday that I was writing my October Favourites – it’s honestly a little scary how quickly this year is going by! It’s December tomorrow though, and you can bet I’m getting as festive as possible (I say that like I haven’t been watching Christmas movies since August).
This month I’ve rediscovered a lot of old favourites that I hadn’t used in the longest time – which is ridiculous because they’re amazing. Here are my November favourites!
FENTY BEAUTY STUNNA LIP PAINT IN ‘UNCENSORED’
I’ve basically been wearing this lipstick non-stop for the entirety of autumn – which you can probably tell from a quick glance at my Instagram – and I can guarantee I’ll be wearing it long into winter. This is really the most perfect, vibrant red with blue undertones to make it a little richer.
This is so pigmented and goes on in just one swipe, however it doesn’t completely dry down so you definitely want to wear a lip liner with this. I’m obsessed with this formula (and the packaging!) – I have no idea why I haven’t bought any of the other shades yet!
BECCA SHIMMERING SKIN PERFECTOR PRESSED HIGHLIGHTER IN ‘VANILLA QUARTZ’
This is the most perfect winter highlighter if you have fair skin – it’s super icy with a soft pink shift. This is usually way too light for me any other time of the year, but I can just about get away with it during winter.
Obviously I don’t need to tell you how incredible BECCA highlighters are, they’re basically the gods of the highlighter world. ‘Vanilla Quartz’ is such a blinding shade, and it’s totally perfect for any holiday parties!
LIZ EARLE EYEBRIGHT SOOTHING EYE LOTION
When I first got this product I assumed it would be an eye cream – I mean, it is called lotion – but it’s more like an eye cleanser? You basically use it after cleansing your face to remove any excess makeup and soothe/cool the eye area.
I’ve been using it in the morning and it feels so lovely and soothing! It also stays really cool so it helps to depuff the eyes, something I seriously need at the moment (it’s exam season).
COLOURPOP PRESSED SHADOW IN ‘GLASS BULL’
I was obsessed with this eyeshadow when I first got it but for some reason I stopped reaching for it – I honestly have no idea why. This is a gorgeous mauve/bronze shade with a super intense teal shift that is just absolutely stunning, it’s the most unique shade but also really wearable!
No matter how hard I try I can never capture how stunning this eyeshadow really is in photographs, you’ll just have to take my word for it and buy it yourself!
CHARLOTTE TILBURY MATTE REVOLUTION LIPSTICK IN ‘VERY VICTORIA’
I don’t know why I ever stopped using this, it’s literally my perfect nude. It has slightly brown undertones which give it a major 90s vibe, and I love how matte it is without drying out my lips.
I’ve been wearing this so much recently because it works with every makeup look – definitely a staple!
So those are my November Favourites! I hope you guys enjoyed this post, let me know in the comments what you’ve been loving this month. See you next time,
