Recent Purchases Haul

I recently did a bit of shopping and I thought I’d share my purchases with you all! I’ve had my eye on a couple products for a while, and there were a few things I desperately needed, so I decided to treat myself. Here’s my little haul post, I hope you enjoy!

MANGO Check Knit Scarf – £19.99

I’ve been wanting a new scarf for a while – I had one that I loved from Zara but it was two years old – so when I saw this one I knew I had to get it. It’s incredibly soft and I love the simple, monochrome check pattern which works with everything. I love the blanket scarf style, it’s basically the only type of scarf I ever buy, and I know I’ll be wearing this all throughout the A/W period.

Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray – £9

I’ve used this product before but I wanted to try some other setting sprays out before repurchasing this one. I recently ran out of my MAC Fix+ and I decided to repurchase this Urban Decay setting spray rather than picking up another MAC product – especially as I’m trying to change my makeup collection to completely cruelty-free. I bought this in a travel-size, mainly because it was cheaper and I knew it would last me a really long time anyways, and I absolutely love it! It makes my makeup last all day and the mist is perfect, not at all chunky.fullsizerender-46

YSL Touche Éclat Le Teint Foundation – £32.50

I’ve had my eye on this foundation for a while, and I finally decided to treat myself and buy it. This is a gorgeous foundation that is completely full coverage without looking cake-y, and it leaves a gorgeous glow to the skin. I love using this with a facial oil to make my skin look even more dewy, but this foundation still looks stunning on it’s own. I don’t think this foundation would be great if you have dry skin however, as it can sometimes cling to my dry patches, but the facial oil completely stops that from happening and if you have Combination/Oily skin then this shouldn’t be a problem for you. I really love the flawless finish this foundation gives me, and I’ll definitely continue to use and love it!

Essie Gel-Setter Top Coat – £9.99 and Essie Nail Varnish in ‘Angora Cardi’ -£7.99

I’ve been totally lusting after this nail varnish after seeing it all over Pinterest, and I finally decided to buy it for myself! It’s a gorgeous deep, dusty rose shade that is perfect for autumn, and it’s so pigmented that you only need one coat! I also picked up the Essie Gel-Setter Top Coat, which is an awesome cheaper alternative to their new Gel Couture range. This keeps my nails looking really shiny just like a gel manicure, and lasts for about a week without chipping.

So those were my recent purchases! I hope you enjoyed this post, let me know in the comments whether you have tried these products and what you thought of them. See you next time!

Been looking at the YSL foundation for a while myself. Is it actually worth the money? I love the concealer and feel as if that is completely worth the money but the foundation just i dont know seems to goo to be true if you know what I mean.

The scarf is gorgeous!! I have recently gotten a similar one in a navy blue check pattern from primark and I love it to bits!
