Spring Makeup Look

Spring is almost upon us, and with the weather getting nicer I decided it was time to do a spring makeup look. I was really inspired by the typical pastels and floral shades quintessential to spring, but I also wanted to give it a slight twist. Without further ado, here’s my spring makeup look!

  • Urban Decay Original Eye Primer Potion
  • Colourpop Pressed Shadow in ‘Wake Up Call’ and ‘Lt Pink’ from the Lorac Pro Palette as transition shades
  • ‘Strawberry Bon Bon’ from the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette on the lid and in the crease, plus lower lashline
  • Makeup Geek ‘Tuscan Sun’ in the crease
    • ‘Killing Jar’ from the Kat Von D Monarch Palette on the lid
    • Colourpop Pressed Shadow in ‘Come and Get It’ in the outer corner
    • ‘Candied Violet’ from the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette in the outer corner
    • ‘Fashionably Late’ from the bareMinerals The A List Palette on the centre of the lid
    • ‘Champagne Truffle’ from the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette in the inner corner
    • ‘Unhinged’ from the Urban Decay Vice Palette on the lower lashline
    • Benefit They’re Real Mascara

  • Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow in ‘Soft Brown’
  • Benefit Ready, Set, Brow Gel
  • Rimmel London Brow this Way Highlighting Pencil in ‘Shimmer’

  • Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer
  • Fusion Beauty Anti-Redness Primer
  • Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation in ‘Fair 1’
  • Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops in ‘Celestial’ mixed in with foundation
  • NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in ‘Vanilla’
  • Laura Mercier Translucent Powder
  • Kat Von D Shade & Light Contour Palette
  • ‘Amber Glow’ from the bareMinerals Glow Together Dimensional Powder Trio for bronzer
  • Benefit Sugarbomb Blush
  • Anastasia Beverly Hills Sweets Glow Kit in ‘Sassy Grape’
  • Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray

  • Green People Lip Primer
  • Green People Velvet Matte Lipstick in ‘Damask Rose’

I really love the sweet, dewy result of this makeup look, the soft pink-purple eyeshadow reminds me of spring flowers, and the unexpected pop of teal on the lower lashline adds a bright, unique twist. I also love the look of the violet highlight, it gives a gorgeous iridescent finish to the skin!

I hope you enjoyed this post, let me know your thoughts on this look in the comments! See you next time,

A x
