The Perfect winter accessories

Winter has really made itself present – I’m freezing all the time and I’m not okay with it. There is one good thing about winter, however, and that’s being able to layer all of the wintery accessories.

You really can’t have too many layers during winter, so I thought I’d show you my favourite accessories to wear this season.

As somebody who needs to wear glasses to see, I love that they become more of a stylish accessory during winter so I can look super on-trend.

Mister Spex have an amazing range of glasses with a ton of different brands and style – I’m obsessed with tortoiseshell, so these Dolce&Gabbana Top Havana on Crystal pair are perfect for me. I also really love the rounder shape for a slightly more vintage look.

For a more Brandon Woelfel vibe I love this Ray-Ban aviator pair – the gold makes them look a little more old school and the style is definitely on-trend. Mister Spex offer both prescription and non-prescription lenses, so whether you want them for your eyesight or just for aesthetic purposes you can find some glasses you love.

I generally stick to neutrals almost all of the time, so this two-tone scarf from Zara really spoke to me. Zara have the softest scarves, and I love that this one could pair with everything but doesn’t look too basic.

For a pop of colour I really love this scarf from ASOS, it has a sort of sunset colour palette, and you really can’t go wrong with a classic check print scarf.

Hats are a great accessory any time of year, and I think felt hats are especially great for transitioning from summer into autumn and winter. This ASOS black felt fedora would work with everything, and is perfect for making your outfit look a little more chic – just be cautious of windy days.

You really can’t go wrong with a classic knitted beanie, and I love how simple yet boho this one from Free People is. The beige-taupe colour would work with all hair colours and outfits, and it’s perfect for keeping your head and ears warm all winter long.

Gloves are such an essential to me during winter – my hands are always freezing – but I still want them to be cute. I love the look of leather gloves, and this pair from ASOS look especially cosy. The borg lining adds a nice contrast to the black, but these still look really chic and will pair with everything. Oh, and you can use them with touch screens.

For something a little different, I love this suede ochre pair from John Lewis. These would work really well with the ASOS check scarf, and I’m obsessed with anything this colour for the autumn/winter months.

So those are my favourite winter accessories! I hope you guys enjoyed this post, let me know which was your favourite. See you next time,

A x
